Special holiday cocktails can be just as important (and necessary) as the main course. Try out the Minty and Bright Cocktail using our fabulous Wobbly Walleye Cocktail Mint. This recipe includes directions for both one drink and a pitcher, that is, if you choose to share.
For One Drink:
1 oz simple syrup
2-3 Wobbly Walleye Cocktail Mint leaves
2 oz white rum
1 oz coconut cream
Sprigs of Wobbly Walleye Cocktail Mint, for garnish
Pomegranate arils, for garnish
For a Pitcher:
1 cup simple syrup
1 large bunch of Wobbly Walleye Cocktail Mint leaves
2 cups white rum
1 cup coconut cream
Sprigs of Wobbly Walleye Cocktail Mint, for garnish
Pomegranate arils, for garnish
Directions for One Drink:
Muddle simple syrup with mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.
Add white rum, coconut cream, and ice. Shake well.
Strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with pomegranate arils and a sprig of mint.
Directions for a Pitcher:
Muddle simple syrup with mint leaves in a large pitcher.
Add white rum, coconut cream, and ice. Whisk well until completely combined.
Pour into a fine mesh strainer set over a large bowl to remove mint leaves. Rinse the pitcher, then pour the bowl back into the pitcher for serving.
Serve over ice. Garnish each glass with pomegranate arils and a sprig of mint.
