Pesto, Basil, and Artichoke Pizza

Looking for a quick and easy weeknight meal? Try out this Pesto, Basil, and Artichoke Pizza recipe using our Wobbly Walleye Pesto Basil!


Ingredients:

  • 2 naan bread or pitas

  • 2 Tbsp. pesto

  • 4 artichoke hearts (diced, canned, or in oil)

  • Sundried tomatoes

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

  • Sliced black olives

  • Wobbly Walleye Pesto Basil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Place the naan bread or pitas on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto on each naan or pita bread.

  4. Top with chopped artichoke, sundried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, black olives, and Wobbly Walleye Pesto Basil.

  5. Cook for 10 minutes.
