Aperol Mint Spritz

New Years Eve = Fun Festive Cocktail using our Wobbly Walleye Cocktail Mint.  Ring in the New Year with this simple and delicious Aperol Mint Spritz!


  • 1 part Aperol

  • 1 part cranberry juice

  • 3 parts Prosecco, or other sparkling wine of choice

  • 5 Wobbly Walleye Cocktail Mint leaves


Directions:


  1. In a glass filled with ice add all of the ingredients, adding the mint last

  2. Lightly squeeze or twist the mint leaves and add to the glass

  3. Stir one last time and enjoy!
